Rain Reserve Blend is part of Clean Perfume, a fragrance house founded by Randi Shinder in 2003. This United States-based company strives to create elegant, light fragrances that remind wearers of freshly washed skin or laundered clothes. The company, which has worked with such perfume greats as Patricia Choux and Richard Herpin, has created 48 different fragrances for men and women since it opened its doors.
