Extatic Balmain Perfume by Pierre Balmain, Extatic Balmain is a bold, modern floral perfume for women. This beautifully confident scent opens with a burst of sweet flowers, coming first from a bold rose.

Additional top notes of delicate, slightly powdery osmanthus and the mildly green and juicy pear round out the gorgeous floral opening. Exotic orchid leads the heart of the scent with its refined floral quality and whiff of chocolate. It is joined by the earthy and faintly vegetal iris along with the sweetly romantic, subtly green jasmine. The base is soft, rich and woody with amyris, sandalwood, cashmere wood and leather.

This fragrance, a creation of perfumer Emilie Coppermann, was released by Pierre Balmain in 2014. A good choice for spring and summer, the flirty yet chic scent lends a boost of confidence to any wearer. With moderate sillage and above average longevity, this makes a great signature scent that transitions seamlessly from daytime to evening.
