A long-standing British brand, Penhaligon’s started humbly as a barbershop with its first fragrance in 1872. Persisting through the late 19th and early 20th century until the original store was lost in the Blitz of 1941, the perfumery was revived in the mid 70s with both modern creations and restorations of the original formulas. Bluebell, released with the brand’s return, remains a best-seller.
