Cerruti Si by Nino Cerruti, Cerruti Si is a men’s Oriental fougere cologne that was released in 2003.

It has fresh spicy, balsamic, woody, aromatic, warm spicy, and citrus main accords. Perfumer Jean-Pierre Bethouart of Firmenich is the nose behind this fragrance, which has top notes of ginger and mandarin orange, followed by middle notes of resins, cedar, rosemary, and geranium. The base notes consist of Siam benzoin, oak moss, patchouli leaf, and heliotrope. With moderate sillage and long lasting longevity, this scent wears well on fall days.

In 1950, at the age of 20 and due to his father’s death, Nino Cerruti began running the family woolen business that his grandfather founded in 1881 in Biella, Italy. After modernizing the textile mill and growing the operation, he became interested in clothing production and fashion design and launched Hitman, a menswear collection, in 1957. In 1967, the Cerruti brand was launched, with the first boutique and company headquarters located in Paris, France. The first fragrance, for men, was launched in 1978, with longtime partner Coty holding the fragrance license.
