Clive Christian V Perfume by Clive Christian, Clive Christian V is a spicy fragrance for women with touches of balsamic and floral accords.
Sweet notes of peach, bergamot, red berries, coriander and chamomile open the perfume. In the heart is a powdery, fresh mix of rose, lavender, gardenia, jasmine, liatris, orange blossom, neroli, heliotrope and pepper. The base contains a diverse blend of woody scents including honey, amber, benzoin, musk, patchouli, leather, labdanum, oakmoss, olibanum and sandalwood. This fragrance was created by Christian Provenzano and launched in 2012.
In 1872, Crown Perfumery was established by the son of William Sparks Thomson. Thomson designed quality corsets for British royals including Queen Victoria, and his son created lavender-scented smelling salts to revive fainted women. After World War I, the company began to suffer financially.
Clive Christian is a furniture maker known for his luxury goods, and in 1999, he bought Crown Perfumery and its original fragrances. The company now has over 50 fragrances on the market today.
