Comme Des Garcons 2 Perfume by Comme Des Garcons, Comme des Garcons 2 is a fragrance for women launched in 1999. This perfume is packed with green, aromatic accords that create a fresh atmosphere for anyone who wears it.
The opening notes are mandarin orange, tea, aldehydes, angelica and mate. The heart makes this fragrance lightly spicy with cinnamon, nutmeg, caraway, West Indian bay, ink, magnolia and coriander. Closing notes include cedar, patchouli, smoky incense, vetiver, labdanum and amber. Mark Buxton created this scent.
Launched by designer Rei Kawakubo in 1969, Comme des Garcons is not your average luxury fashion house. The name is French and translates to “like boys” to touch its highly androgynous and unisex style. The brand’s use of dark fabrics and distress techniques have associated its fashion with the punk genre.
The first company fashion show took place in 1981 in Paris. The company now has numerous store locations world-wide with multiple concept stores throughout Tokyo.
