Halston Woman Amber Perfume by Halston, Halston Woman Amber features an oriental profile combining ripe fruits and indolic flowers with exotic spices.

This scent opens with a burst of juicy Italian mandarin and red current accentuated by sparkling crystalline aldehydes. The characteristic essence of pure amber emerges in the heart of this fragrance, accompanied by floral notes of rose petal and tuberose. Olibanum, sandalwood, white suede and musk commingle in a rich aromatic base. The overall effect is resinous and slightly animalic. The scent is long-lasting and has moderate to heavy sillage.

Halston Woman Amber launched in 2010 and is bottled in a stylized opaque golden tear top. The outer carton is also golden and reflective with a black stripe near the base. Roy Halston Frowick was a prominent twentieth-century American designer known for creating the pillbox hat worn by Jacqueline Kennedy to the presidential inauguration in 1961. He launched his first ready-to-wear line in 1969 followed by his first fragrance in 1975.
