Midnight Shimmer Perfume by Michael Kors, Midnight Shimmer is a women’s floral woody musk perfume with vanilla, woody, and sweet main accords.

Announced in 2016, this scent, with long-lasting longevity and moderate sillage, is meant for fall and winter evening wear. It starts with top notes of quince, jasmine, and freesia, followed by middle notes of vanilla, white woods, and amberwood. The fragrance ends on Peru balsam, musk, and moss base notes. The flacon resembles a tall, dark tower with a gold shimmer base and a gold topper.

Michael Kors is an American fashion designer who studied at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. He launched his own women’s wear line in 1981, which became successful, leading to a lead designer and creative director position at Celine. In 2002, he introduced his men’s wear line and left Celine in 2003 to relaunch his brand. Kors entered the fragrance market in 2001 and works in partnership with Estee Lauder.
