Olfactive Studio Lumiere Blanche Perfume by Olfactive Studio, Perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur and photographer Massimo Vitali collaborated to capture the otherworldly warmth and intensity of pure white light in Olfactive Studio Lumiere Blanche.
The perfume, released in 2012, uses the contrast between warm spices and woody notes to capture the unique moment of the sun at its zenith. A surprising opening of fresh cinnamon and star anise leads into the mild comfort of iris, cashmere and almond, then into the pleasant warmth of sandalwood, musk and tonka bean. With a soft, personal sillage and a remarkable blend of scents, this perfume is versatile enough for any time of year.
Celine Verleure, already experienced in the perfumery industry, created Olfactive Studio in 2011 to pursue new inspirations for fragrances. She collaborates with perfumers and photographers alike to create fragrances that draw upon nature and our experiences of it, accompanied by photos born from the same idea space. The packaging for each perfume bears the photograph that inspired it.
