Photo by Karl Lagerfeld, Photo cologne was launched in 1990. A timeless blend of exotic scents, it masterfully fuses floral tones of geranium and jasmine with subtle hints of leather and wood. This unique product bursts with amber notes and fruity essences that harmoniously intertwine to create a rugged but sweet aroma. Perfect for any occasion, it is a fragrance whose diversity and variety allow it to transcend casual and formal attire, bottled in a rich black flacon.
German designer Karl Lagerfeld moved to Paris in the early 1950s to begin his career with industry legend Pierre Balmain. Lagerfeld entered a competition hosted by Balmain and placed second in the contest. His entry was subsequently put into production as a result of his ingenuity. By 1958, at only 20 years old, Lagerfeld left to take a job working for Jean Patou who groomed him for a year before he decided to transition to freelance.
