Spark Seduction by Liz Claiborne, Spark Seduction is a fruity and floral fragrance for women that was launched in 2004.
The perfume opens with notes of melon, plum, guava, and peach which lead into the scent’s heart of clementine, magnolia, orchid, freesia, jasmine, passion flower, and water lily. The scent’s base contains notes of sandalwood, musk, and frangipani.
The New York company, Liz Claiborne, was founded in 1976, and was the first company founded by a woman to enter the Fortune 500. The company radicalized the way that women’s apparel was marketed with its mix-and-match stylings and collections. At the time the concept was new, and it was a great success, which propelled the company to venture into men’s clothing in 1980. The men’s line simply took “Claiborne” as its name. In 1986, the brand’s first and eponymous fragrance was released for women, followed closely by a cologne for men in 1989. Claiborne passed in 2007.
