Sultre by Regency Cosmetics for Women

Sultre by Songo, Sultre is a rich and rounded fragrance for women that was released in 1988.

Songo created this fragrance. Its products are now manufactured by Regency Cosmetics. The brand gained notoriety in the 1960’s with its popular men’s cologne, Jade East. The brand promoted Jade East in T.V. Commercials which was one of the first instances of a fragrance being advertised on television. Women’s fragrances were first released in the late 1960’s. Through Regency Cosmetics, the brand now has seven unique and intriguing fragrances in its base.
