Tom Ford Arabian Wood Perfume by Tom Ford, Released in 2009 as part of the Private Blend collection, Tom Ford Arabian Wood is a spicy, woody fragrance that is suitable for both men and women. It features a complex blend of scent notes that is at once bright, rich and warm.
Top notes of lavender, Bulgarian rose, orange blossom, galbanum, freesia and bergamot open the fragrance with a light floral scent with hints of sweet fruit. These are complemented by additional floral heart notes of rose absolute, gardenia, ylang-ylang, may rose, jasmine and honey. Earthy base notes of sandalwood, patchouli, tonka bean, cedar and moss ground the fragrance and give it depth.
Tom Ford is and American film director and fashion designer whose fashion career began when he worked as Cathy Hardwick’s design assistant. He went on to work for Gucci in 1990 and stayed with the company for many years before forming his own brand in 2005. His first fragrance was produced in 2006.
