Vicky Tiel is an American fasion designer who founded her self-named brand in the 1960s. She is best known for being a graduate of the Parsons School of Design, and for making the mini-skirt a must-have fashion item after she opened her Paris boutique in the 1960s. She launched her first fragrance in 1994. Today the brand has 15 fragrances in its collection, with the latest release being in 2017.
