Hilary Duff is an American singer, actress, and author. She was born in 1987 and rose to child star status with the help of commercial acting and local theater plays. She is most famous for her role in Disney Tv show Lizzie McGuire during the late 1990s and early 2000s. She launched her self-named perfume brand in 2006 after making a deal with fashion brand Elizabeth Arden to have the fragrances created.
