No, you can log in as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save and modify your addresses, check the status of your order and review order history.
On the "Sign in" section, click on the link "Forgot your password?" and you will be emailed a link that will allow you to reset it.

Once your order has been accepted and you have received the "Tracking number", we can not change your address. You can change your address by contacting your carrier directly.

But if your order has not yet been left to the courier, it may be canceled and renewed.

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched you can cancel your order.

You can do this in the Contact section by selecting the "Cancel My Order" topic and entering the order number in the message content.

If you have not yet received your order and it has been more than 15 days since the date mentioned in the Shipping Info section, please send an email to contact@perfumepur.com stating your order number and name. Your query will then be investigated with the courier and you will need to fill out a form. No re-delivery or refund will be offered until the courier investigation is complete.
