Jean Louis Scherrer was a legendary Parisian couturier. A dancer by trade, he started his fashion journey when he injured his back. He was Christian Dior’s assistant and worked alongside legendary fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. The designer would go on to form his own house, where he designed ready-to-wear lines and, later on, his signature fragrance.
