Yes all of the products showcased throughout our website are 100% original brand name fragrances. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs. They are the same exact fragrances as those you'd buy in a store, decanted from the original bottle of perfume. Each item is guaranteed, so if you ever receive a product that's defective or damaged, we'll replace it at no cost if contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Many perfumes and colognes are available in a variety of concentrations. Different concentrations can vary in scent. Smelling a fragrance at a store in the eau de parfum concentration will smell different than that same fragrance in the eau de toilette concentration. We carry many fragrances in a variety of concentrations. You can view the concentration in the "Fragrances for Beginners" section when selecting your fragrance.

The easiest way to access all of your account, shipping, tracking & orders information is to Log In to your account at Perfumepur.com.

No, you can log in as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save and modify your addresses, check the status of your order and review order history.

Shipping & Tracking

After our team has processed your order and printed a shipping label, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can view tracking information on the USPS website, or at Perfumepur.com. If you do not receive the tracking email or cannot access your email for the shipping information, you can Sign In to your Perfumepur.com account and access it here: My Account

Once you are logged in, tracking information can be found under Account > Account details > Order history.

For your convenience we offer multiple shipping options. All this information can be found in the Shipping Info section.

Changing or updating your delivery address can be done via your Account details. Please follow these steps to update your address:

  • Click on the "Sign In" icon near the top right corner of the screen.
  • Login to your account.
  • Click on Addresses to get to your "Customer Address Book".
  • Click on "Edit"
  • Update your address and click "Update Address"

If you encounter any problems while trying to change your address, please submit a request with the email address you used to place your order AND the correct address you would like the order to go out to.

Yes, we do. We can ship to international destinations via USPS Postal Service. This includes APO/FPO addresses. Customs duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery.

Please submit with your request which items you did not receive and what you received by mistake so we can prepare a replacement order for you. It's always helpful if you are able to upload photos, this will help us improve upon our shipping and packaging practices.

We guarantee each sample item to be a 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction for the actual fragrance itself.

You may return any unopened full-size Retail Bottles in new condition, including original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund (less shipping and any gift wrapping charges). Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Vials, Sprays, or other decanted items. Please make your selections carefully as all decanted item sales are final.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Defective items and/or damaged products can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 30 days of delivery. To report an issue with your order, please Contact Us as we require written confirmation of any damage. You will receive a response within 3 business days.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number or Return Label from our customer service department. Please contact us and request an RMA number or Return Label. Frequently Asked Questions about Fragrances:

The difference between types of fragrance is the amount or concentration of the oils in it. These oils are commonly referred to as "juice". The higher the concentration of "juice" the longer your fragrance will last and the less you need to apply.

Perfume (or parfum) has the highest concentration of juice, causing the scent to be released over a longer period of time in a series of notes

The second highest concentration is found in Eau de Parfum which has a touch lighter smell to it than perfume.

Next is Eau de Toilette, whose scent is lighter still, so it is fit to apply liberally.

Lastly, Eau de Cologne is the most subtle version of fragrance; however Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne are generally interchangeable, particularly in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils.

If you find yourself asking "Why doesn't my perfume last?" the answer may be in your skin. People with dry skin usually find their perfume or fragrance fading faster than those with oily skin because oily skin has more natural moisture to hold in the fragrance.

PH levels (amount of acidity in our skin) vary slightly from person to person. Our individual levels of PH will determine how each ingredient in a fragrance will react and last.

Fragrance holding time can also be affected by the concentration of the scent. Those with higher concentrations will retain their aroma much longer.

Body chemistry is unique. An individual's body chemistry will affect how different fragrance notes react to a person's skin. Skin has a natural smell and can be altered by things like hormonal changes, stress, mood, diet and medications.

Fragrance lasts longer on some people than on others because of differences in our skin (oily or dry) and in our PH levels. The easiest ways to achieve a longer effect are by moisturizing and/or layering your fragrance. Try using the fragrance bath gel, (if the company offers one), then the moisturizer or powder, and finish off with the Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Eau de Cologne.

Applying your fragrance after a shower can help it last longer, as well as spraying it low on the body, behind your ears and on your neck, so that the scent rises. A light spritz on the hair can last all day.

Some men prefer cologne because its fragrance will generally last much longer than After Shave. Others prefer After Shave because of the added cooling and soothing ingredients. Many men choose to wear both because they can use less of each and the fragrance will last longer while also getting the facial benefits.

After Shave Lotion will sometimes sting as it usually contains an antiseptic to reduce irritation of the skin. This will moisturize the face and help close the pores after shaving.

After Shave Balm is soothing to the skin and creamier than After Shave Lotion. After Shave Gel also soothes, as well as cools the skin, and relieves razor burn.

There is absolutely no difference in fragrance between a splash and a spray. While a spray bottle may have a longer shelf life as it is ostensibly sealed, the only actual difference is in the application making the choice between splash and spray a matter of personal preference.

Fragrances are comprised of many different scents. These scents are called "notes."

You will immediately smell the top notes, which are very light and last just 5-10 minutes, dispersing to make way for the middle notes. Middle notes become apparent about 15 minutes after application and evaporate from your skin slowly, making them the most memorable smells of your Fragrance. Finally, the bottom notes are the heavier ingredients which stick to your skin for several hours leaving a long-lasting essence.

Shower gel is soap in a different form. It is made for use by both men and women, foams up well and leaves your chosen fragrance on the skin. The use of shower gel cleanses the body and enhances your cologne or perfume making the fragrance last much longer.

To avoid your fragrance going bad, keep all fragrance bottles in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients - An opened bottle should be kept in its box to ensure a longer shelf life.

Other Frequently Asked Questions about Fragrances:

Alcohol makes the fragrance emanate from your skin and brings out the notes. It helps keep the ingredients blended together, and as it evaporates it lifts the scents into the air. Without alcohol, you would be the only person who knew you were wearing any fragrance at all.

Testers are authentic, fresh and 100% original. They are used by department stores to promote a particular fragrance and therefore are the same quality as the retail product. Testers are made by the manufacturer and may come in a plain box or without the fancy cap.

All testers are new and unused. Because there is no decorative packaging, we can purchase these items for less and pass the savings on to you.

To get your fragrance spraying again please follow these instructions below:

   1. Hold one finger against the spray nozzle.
   2. Use your other finger to pump the spray 10-15x.
   3. Remove your finger from the spray nozzle.
   4. Pump the spray another 10-15x as needed.
   5. Allow the fragrance bottle to settle for 5-10 minutes.

Your fragrance bottle should be fully functional now! If you are still having problems, you can repeat steps 1-5.
