Costume National 21 Perfume by Costume National, This fragrance is Costume National 21, and it was first launched in 2007. This warm, vibrant perfume opens with notes of amber, cashmere wood, saffron, milk and orange blossom. Middle notes include spicy pepper, oakmoss, bergamot, caraway and fresh labdanum. The scent closes with a blend of cedar wood, patchouli, vetiver, clary sage, vanilla and tonka bean.

Costume National was established in 1986 by Ennio Capasa and his brother Carlo. This Italian fashion house located in Milan produces clothing for men and women with an avant garde “street couture” line sold under the C’N’C brand. Ennio had fashion experience in Japan working for Yohi Yamamoto and wanted to bring some of the modern eclectic styles of the East to European audiences. The brand presented its first collection in Paris in 1991, and it opened international stores in major fashion cities throughout the 90s. The company also has a reputation for charity work and environmentalism.
