This scent combines juicy, invigorating citrus top notes of Calabrian lemon and bergamot orange with green, herbal notes of basil, cardamom and lavender. The heart of this cologne is characterized by floral notes of jasmine, carnation and geranium along with spicy, exotic ginger and thyme absolute. The base of the fragrance contains notes of musk, Florentine iris and Virginia cedar. The fresh, aromatic scent is designed for nature lovers and inspired by the lush greenery of the Mediterranean.

French perfume company Rance 1795 created this replica of a scent formulated by Jean Rancé in 1811 to welcome Napoléon François Joseph Charles Bonaparte, Duke of Reichstadt, the only son of Napoleon Bonaparte. This family has been famous for their perfumes throughout Europe since the 1600s, and the company is run today by granddaughter Jean Sandra Rance and great-grandson Jean Maurice Alexandre Rance.
