Nautica Regatta by Nautica, Nautica Regatta is an aromatic fragrance for men that is perfect for a day out on the ocean. This cologne was released in 2009.

It sets off with citrusy opening notes of orange, bergamot, cardamom and mandarin orange. Sea water, mint, marigold and clary sage create a refreshing and spicy heart. The closing accords combine musk, pample and driftwood.

Nautica is an apparel company established in 1983 by Taiwanese fashion designer David Chu. Chu went to school to become an architect, but he began designing men’s outerwear after taking an art course at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

The company specializes in mid-range to high-end outdoor apparel for adventurous and sporty individuals. As the brand gained popularity in the 1980s, home goods, furniture, women’s wear, accessories and children’s clothing were added to the product line. Fragrances were launched in 1992 in conjunction with the American beauty cosmetics manufacturing company Coty.
