By 1948, Armand and his brother Josep oversaw business operations and by 1958, the family opened a factory to produce garments made from Scottish yarn. The namesake fashion and accessories brand started in 1987, with Lluis Juste de Nin, a cousin to the brothers, acting as creative director. The fragrance line was added in 1999.
