Bloody Wood Perfume by Liquides Imaginaires, Oak-infused red and white wine accords blend with bright fruits and woods in Bloody Wood, a sophisticated, beautifully balanced fragrance that’s perfect for wear during spring, summer or early fall.
Smokey red wine opens the scent, infused with fresh, subtly intoxicating red rose and hints of earthy, powdery-metallic violet petals. The red wine accord takes on a fruitier profile as the fragrance develops, illuminated with honeyed peach, tart-sweet cherry and delicate hints of raspberry. A shimmering, velvety base of blended white woods, oak and soft sandalwood produces a warm, lightweight finish that’s casual yet chic.
This scent is part of the Eau Sanguine collection released by the French design house Liquides Imaginaires in 2013 and was created by perfumer Shyamala Maisondieu. The other fragrances in the series are the oriental floral Dom Rosa, composed by Sonia Constant, and aromatic oriental Bello Rabelo, designed by Nadege Le Garlantezec.
