Calyx Perfume by Clinique, Refresh your senses with the feminine aroma produced by Calyx from Clinique. This fragrance was originally released in 1986. However, a more modern version of the perfume came out in 2013.
It opens with an energizing blend of papaya, mandarin, grapefruit, green leaves, guava, mango and passion fruit. The heart brings forward jasmine, rose, neroli, lily of the valley, marigold, lily and freesia. All of this comes on a base of vetiver, sandalwood, oak moss and orris.
Clinique was founded by the Estee Lauder Company back in 1968. It is a cosmetics brand that ensures all of its products undergo rigorous testing to check for allergic reactions. The brand started manufacturing fragrances in the 1970s.
Sophia Grojsman is the perfumer behind Calyx. Grojsman has received many awards throughout her distinguished career, including the Living Legend Award in 1996 from the American Society of Perfumers. She has dozens of fragrances from numerous brands under her name.
