Meanwhile, base notes of tonka bean, purple heliotrope and tuberose finish the bouquet for a fragrance that’s decadent but not overwhelming.

This complex floral elixir, introduced in 1995, comes from the perfume house of Paul Sebastian. Owned and operated by a design duo out of New Jersey, this gorgeous scent is one of seven other unique and lively aromas. The brand’s first fragrance was offered in 1979.
