Ed Hardy Villain by Christian Audigier for Men

Ed Hardy Villain Cologne by Christian Audigier, Ed Hardy Villain is a men’s aromatic fougere cologne with fresh spicy, aromatic, woody, amber, and citrus main accords. Perfumer Adriana Medina of Givaudan created this scent in 2011.

The fragrance combines bergamot with lavender, sage, pepper, cardamom, and basil notes. At the base are sandalwood, musk, cedar, amber, and nutmeg notes. The scent works well on spring through fall days and nights and has moderate longevity and sillage.

Born in 1958, Christian Audigier had been a designer since he was fifteen years old. His work was heavily influenced by rock and roll music. In the early 2000s, he began working with the Von Dutch clothing brand, which became trendy and popular among various celebrities. He left in 2004 and gained fame with the Ed Hardy brand, which showcased the tattoo work of artist Don Ed Hardy on hats and shirts. The Ed Hardy brand released fragrances from 2008 to 2014, a year before the designer’s death in 2015.
