M (Mariah Carey) Perfume by Mariah Carey, Award-winning musician Mariah Carey gifted the world her debut fragrance M (Mariah Carey) in 2007. Crafted by perfumers Carlos Benaim and Loc Dong, the scent combines balsamic, floral, smoky, spicy, powdery and sweet accords, resulting in a balance of delicate and intense aromas that easily make it a great choice as a signature scent.
It opens with top notes of marshmallow and marine accords before blooming with a heart of gardenia and tiare flower, imparting its distinctive tropical feel. This perfume finishes strong with a base note combination of patchouli, amber and Morocco incense. Its bottle features a butterfly sitting atop a delicately crafted bottle, the brainchild of Elizabeth Arden design director Jean Antretter.
The talented multioctave signer has launched 14 fragrances to date, wthe latest being the 2013 release of Dreams. Her line of scents is a direct result of a partnership with beauty giant Elizabeth Arden, a company with more than 25 distinctive spinoff brands to its credit.
