The blend makes a grand opening statement with top notes of bergamot, pepper, mandarin orange, and fir resin. Following closely is a spiced floral heart of nutmeg, cloves, rose, lily, lavender, jasmine, and violet leaf, which rests on a deep, creamy base of musk, leather, sandalwood, vanilla, balsam fir, and incense notes.

Oscar de la Renta is a world-renowned fashion designer. Born in the Dominican Republic in 1932, he launched his self-named fashion design house in 1965 after making a name for himself in haute couture fashion. The brand’s first fragrance was released in 1977, and remains a worldwide bestseller today. Today the fashion design house has over 50 fragrances for men and women in its collection, featuring collaborations with numerous expert perfumers. The latest fragrance release was in 2018.
