Roja Aoud Perfume by Roja Parfums, Roja Aoud is a quietly gorgeous chypre oriental fragrance built around warm aoud, sumptuous red rose and alluring spice.

Light, clean citrus notes open, mingling elegant, fruity-aromatic bergamot and lemon with soft saffron and serene nuances of lemon verbena. The heart is a luxuriant embrace of velvet rose and supple leather mingled with geranium, jasmine and ylang ylang and spiced with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Leather and rose accords persist through the dry down, accented by intriguing tart-sweet accents of rhubarb and lovely vanilla. Base notes are earthy, woody and deeply sensual, blending opulent oud, cashmeran and ambergris with patchouli, musk and aromatic cedar.

This scent was first launched by niche brand Roja Parfums in 2010 as part of the inimitable Aoud collection. Other compositions in this exclusive series include the spicy oriental Amber Aoud (2012), the floral oriental Aoud Absolue Precieux (2010) and the chypre floral Musk Aoud (2011).
