Serpentine Perfume by Roberto Cavalli, Serpentine is a sensual and elegant fragrance that was released in 2005.
The scent opens with notes of mango blossom and mandarin, and its heart contains the Tiare flower with scents of frangipani blossom, violets, and black pepper. Closing out the fragrance, the base consists of Tolu balsam, sandalwood, and amber. Jacques Cavallier of Firmenich was the perfumer for the creation of this exquisite scent.
The Italian designer Roberto Cavalli is known for his sexual clothing with animal print designs, and in school, Cavalli studied art with a focus in the printing of textiles. Developing a unique skill for printing on leather, Cavalli opened a boutique in 1972, where his clothes were helped into popular fashion by French actress and model Brigitte Bardot.
Fragrances from Cavalli are the result of a partnership with Itf Cosmetics. A theme of serpents runs through the fashion of Cavalli and makes appearances on the bottles and in the names of a few select fragrances as well.
