Steel Sugar by Aquolina, Steel Sugar for men is a refined and slightly sweet fragrance that was released in 2013.

The top layer is fruit filled and balances bergamot and green apple. The heart is a bit more complex with soothing lavender, vetiver and blonde tobacco. The combination of these complex notes creates a cologne that is masculine, subtle and long lived. The cologne is notable at a glance due to the bottle’s shining, silver design and tall stature. The swirling steel-colored decoration on the bottle winds from top to bottom and appropriately embodies the cologne’s name.

Aquolina created this fragrance after the success of its 2003 perfume, Pink Sugar. The Italian brand is part of the company, Selectiva. Selectiva is a cosmetics company that produces body-care products, most notably, a line of yogurt skin-care products. The perfume line now has 33 different scents in its line and is still a new company that continues to expand.
