Tom Ford Soleil Blanc Perfume by Tom Ford, Tom Ford Soleil Blanc is a women’s and men’s Oriental floral fragrance with white floral, coconut, sweet, tuberose, and yellow floral main accords.
Developed by perfumer Nathalie Gracia-Cetto of Givaudan in 2016, this scent has bergamot, pistachio, pink pepper, and cardamom top notes. In the middle are jasmine, ylang-ylang, and tuberose notes. Coconut, amber, tonka bean, and benzoin make up the base notes. Best for summer day wear, the scent has very long-lasting longevity and moderate sillage.
Tom Ford studied interior architecture at the Parsons School of Design and secured an internship in the press office at the French fashion house Chloe before graduation. He shifted his career focus to fashion, working for Cathy Hardwick and Perry Ellis before moving to Milan, Italy, to work as Gucci’s head designer for its women’s ready-to-wear line. He became Gucci’s design director in 1992 and its creative director two years later. He also became Yves Saint Laurent’s creative director after Gucci acquired that brand. Ford left Gucci in 2004 and returned to the United States to launch his brand. Estee Lauder has been producing cosmetics and fragrances for the brand since 2006.
