This fragrance is inspired by the confection of the same name, which consists of dark-red Griotte or Morello cherries soaked in kirsch liqueur and covered in chocolate. This sensuous fragrance has a prominent cacao note and a tart cherry heart over a base of cognac, warm spices and woods. The cologne is long lasting with moderate sillage.

This unisex scent is crafted with chocolate and cherry lovers in mind. The cologne is packaged in the traditional glass bottle of the Demeter Fragrance Library. The standard white label is printed with the name of the perfumer over a cherry-colored stripe that bears the name of the fragrance in white lettering. A tall chrome cap covers the atomizer. The outer carton is also white, with a matching deep red stripe that bears the name of the fragrance.
