Perry Ellis was the creative force behind his eponymous brand, and his iconic fashion designs in the 1970s and 1980s elevated the preppy look from conservative to cool. At the peak of his career, he finally released his own fragrance, just one year before he died in 1986 when he was just 46 years old. Many years have gone by, and there are now dozens of fragrances available from his legendary brand.
