Mugler Run Free by Thierry Mugler, Released in 2018, Mugler Run Free is a unisex fragrance with a distinctive blend of spicy, woody and unique proprietary secret notes.

The result is a gorgeous, elegant and mysterious scent that captivates both wearers and those around them. Purple ginger introduces the fragrance with its tart, warm and slightly bitter essence that’s just a little milder than standard ginger cultivars. This aroma is coupled with akigalawood, a distinctive modern synthetic note that’s derived from patchouli oil. Akigalawood is described as a woody, spicy and floral element that tends to enhance spicy notes such as ginger. Ever the innovator, Thierry Mugler includes its secret “D” note in this blend.

While the French designer debuted his fashion collections in the 1980s, he followed up with an extensive fragrance collection starting in the 1990s. The label boasts over 150 scents to date, which include the A*Men, Alien, Angel and Innocent lines.
